These terms govern your use of the Trucheck public certificate viewer at this website. Use of the site constitutes acceptance.
What this service is
The viewer lets anyone read a Trucheck certificate of authentication that was issued for a luxury item. It is read-only. There are no accounts, transactions, or messaging features on this site.
Certificates are issued by the Trucheck mobile application after an examination of submitted photographs. Only examinations that returned an authentic verdict produce a public certificate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this service to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent the provenance or authenticity of any item. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to overwhelm the service.
You agree not to forge, alter, or imitate certificate codes or pages. Certificate identifiers are issued exclusively through the Trucheck application.

Information shown on a certificate is an advisory expert opinion. It is not legal, financial, customs, or insurance advice. It is not a guarantee of authenticity. See the Disclaimer for the full statement of limits.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trucheck disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on a certificate or its absence, including in the context of resale or purchase decisions. The buyer of a luxury item bears final responsibility for due diligence.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
